Fenix Development, LLC is the automotive industry’s first true integrator of automotive trim, an all inclusive provider of decorated aluminum, in-mold film and real wood trim.
When the Ford Motor Company created a bold and innovative CUV, the Ford Edge, they chose Fenix Development to conjoin the vehicles overall design with an aluminum interior fascia that complimented such features as a panoramic glass roof and laptop-friendly center console.

Manufacturing
We are focused on achieving and maintaining operational excellence. Decorated Aluminum
Production
Fenix decorates sheets of raw aluminum with the patterns, designs, and finishes desired by the customer. Our manufacturing facility has over 20 screening presses in our sheet decoration department.
After sheets of aluminum are decorated, they are typically blanked, formed, and assembled to molded plastic carriers in order to produce a finished trim part. We have tool making, stamping, forming, and assembly capabilities, as well as numerous presses to complete these operations.
Long standing for quality, prestige and legendary luxury Lincoln needed a concept interior that reflected these qualities along with the functionality of a full-size pickup truck. Fenix Development delivered trim which set customer expectations for production finishes.
